Sofia Property Prices Up 6%

Real estate prices in Bulgaria's capital have increased by 6% over January-September this year, a regular Industry Watch report said Thursday.
But the highest increase has been seen in smaller locations, like the towns of Razgrad, Gabrovo and Haskovo. Properties there have become pricier by 10%.
Growth in home loans has slackened, as a result to restrictive measures by the Central Bank, BNB.
Although the number of construction permits is growing, the index for business climate in construction has declined as cement and iron fixture prices have been growing steadily.
The seaside city of Bourgas still tops the number of construction permits issued, the report showed.

More interest in agricultural land in Vidin region

The deals with properties in Vidin (Northwestern Bulgaria) are increasing, as for some of the quarters this year the increase is up to 80%. This is what Polina Stoykova – operations manager in a real estate agency – told Radio Focus -Vidin.
