Business people from Europe and all over the world have been congregating at Plovdiv International Fair for the International Agricultural Exhibition. This event gives the opportunity for Bulgarian farmers to offer their specialist knowledge to their European counterparts. As well as being open for trade the exhibition has also been accessible to the public.
Landscapers, gardeners, decorators, farmers and agronomists, amongst others, have descended on Plovdiv International Fair for this year annual agricultural fair – AGRA. The scope of agricultural machinery and its supporting industries can only be described as phenominal. Anything remotely related to agriculture was there. An important feature of the event was the large numbers of

different types of farming machinery. This display attracted many trade
people as well as the general public. Looking at the size of some of the tractors made you wonder how the organizers got them through to their respective stands. They are huge and are the very latest in technological advancement.
Business people from most European countries have been present here (over 78 companies from 37 countries). Conversation amongst the different nationalities is very animated. You get the impression that business people enjoy coming here.
The International Fair in Plovdiv is the only organized company in Bulgaria that is a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry UFI It has 32 multipurpose stands which makes Plovdiv region a worthwhile place to invest in commercial, agricultural and residential property.
