The Sofia Echo, 28th March 2006

The construction of the biggest Balkan business centre will begin in Stara Zagora. The project investment totals 300 million leva and the centre will be completed in 105 days.
Work on the centre started yesterday. It will be located in the eastern part of the city, close to the Bourgas highway, Focus news agency reported.
During the first construction phase 100 million leva will be invested. The centre will offer offices, business facilities and parking lots.
The first part of the project involves the construction of a Technopolis store. Because of the high customer interest, the Stara Zagora Technopolis store will be much bigger than stores of the chain in other cities. It will offer more than 25 000 items.

Until now Technopolis invested 70 million leva in Bulgarian projects.
Apart from the store, the first project phase involves the construction of a cinema centre and various shops. A storage facility, office and corporate buildings will be constructed, as well.
Business Park Stara Zagora will be finalised in November 2009.
