100 Million Euro to be Invested in Shoumen

In two years the first technology park in Bulgaria will be a fact. It will lie on 200 ha near the town of Shoumen, northeastern Bulgaria.
Only for the first construction stage, 100 million euro will have to be invested, according to experts. The political elite of the region united round this project, which is expected to be ready by 2008. This will be the 288th such park in the world.
International investment forum is to take place in Shoumen next month where big investors will be informed about the opportunities in Shoumen municipality, believes Daniela Russeva, chair of the local parliament.
Businessmen and trade attaches from Europe, the USA and Asia will attend the forum.

More interest in agricultural land in Vidin region

The deals with properties in Vidin (Northwestern Bulgaria) are increasing, as for some of the quarters this year the increase is up to 80%. This is what Polina Stoykova – operations manager in a real estate agency – told Radio Focus -Vidin.
