Reservation of Apartments
Any apartment in Gardenia Beach can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 1000 Euros paid into the developers bank account by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation deposit will hold the property for 28 days when the preliminary contract will be signed.

- 30% first installment (less the deposit) due upon signing the preliminary contract
- 30% second installment due in June 2008
- 30% third installment due in June 2009
- 10% fourth installment due upon signing the Title Deed
2) Plan with Bonus Fitted Kitchen
- 1000 Euros reservation deposit, non-refundable
- 60% first installment (less the deposit) payable at signing the Preliminary Contract (approx. 28 days after reservation)
- 40% second installment due six months after the first installment
- 10% third installment due upon signing the Title Deed
3) Plan with Bonus Furniture Package (without the electric appliances)
- 1000 Euros reservation deposit, non-refundable
- 90% first installment (less the deposit) payable at signing the Preliminary Contract (approx. 28 days after reservation)
- 10% second installment due upon signing the Title Deed
Completion Schedule
The construction of Gardenia Beach Complex is scheduled to start soon.
All apartments will be completed by the end of May 2010.
PRICES, SIZES, AVAILABILITY (constantly updated and valid!)
Prices are final, inclusive of VAT, with the full value declared in the Title deeds. On top of this price you will also need to pay the Notary fees, stamp duty and local tax (approx. 3- 4% of the purchase price).
