Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve an apartment at Cabacum Beach Residence & Spa immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next instalment according to the payment plan. No company is needed to be set up in order to obtain a property at Cabacum Beach Residence & Spa complex.

Bulgarian Properties charges 3% agency commission, payable upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.

Payment plan
• 2 000 Euro non-refundable deposit upon reserving the apartment;
• 60% of the price upon signing the preliminary contact (the amount of 2 000 Euro deposit will be deducted from this instalment);
• 40% of the price within 30 days after signing of the contract and handing over the ownership of the apartment.

The deal could be finalized with the Notary only after 100% payment of the price. The client should be phiscally present or represented by an authorized person.

Prices, Sizes, Availability (constantly updated and valid!)
All prices iclude VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 4-6% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.
