Construction of Oceanic Bayview Villas complex
The Oceanic Bayview Villas development is being built in 2 phases. Phase 1 containing 22 villas has been completed. However 8 villas are still available and these can be completed by the end of this year. Phase 2, consists of a further 16 villas and they will be completed in May 2014.

Reservation
Any villa at the complex Oceanic Bayview Villas can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 5000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the villa will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.

Payment Plan
• 5000 Euro non-refundable deposit
• 30% first installment payable on signing of the preliminary contract
• 70% second installment payable upon getting the title deed
