Under her leadership, BULGARIAN PROPERTIES has received the "Agency of the Year" awards for 2018 and 2019, as well as the "Website of the Year" award for 2019 in the Annual Imoti.net Awards. These were later complemented by the valuable awards for "Best Property Advertisement" and "Most Dynamic Developing Company" for the pandemic year of 2020. Polina holds master's degrees in "Strategic Management" and "Economics and Law" from the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski." She is one of the most prominent alumni of the most authoritative university in Bulgaria and participated in an interview in the prestigious section of the university called "Successful Examples."

Since 2012, she has been a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) specialising in property research. She has undergone numerous training courses at The University of Tennessee, USA, in the areas of international business and management, as well as intercultural leadership.

She is the author of the first articles on the property market in Bulgaria and the creator of the PSPI market indices. These are the first indices covering the residential market across the country. An innovative project that, in addition to providing up-to-date and comprehensive market information, enables automated valuations and portfolio revaluations of residential properties.

She has been Managing Director of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES since the end of 2008. Her appointment coincided with the beginning of the global financial and economic crisis, during which BULGARIAN PROPERTIES managed to navigate successfully and is now one of the most respected and well-positioned property companies.
