Sundance Residences is a luxury residence and hotel project with seafront location, offering 5-star comfort. The residence provides ownership and fully equipped hotel services, enjoying waterfront location and is 3 minute drive to the center of the top summer resort of Bodrum, Turkey.

Sundance Residences project was designed by the European Nostra prized Architect Dr. Mehmet Alper, who highlights the comfort through the architectural design. The construction of the project will be completed by a reputable company with several development projects already working in Marmaris and Bodrum.

The new development is placed on a land of 22.568 sq.m. on the seafront and comprises of 10 blocks with 175 apartments and one boutique hotel with 22 rooms. The blocks are set on three floors. Besides the standard apartments, there are 24 different apartment types in different sizes having different optional features, depending upon the requirements and criteria of the clients. The type and total number of the apartments is as follows 1- bedroom to 4-bedroom apartments (from 67 sq.m to 222 sq.m), namely: 1+1: 27 Units, 2+1: 38 Units, 3+1: 11 Units, 4+1: 2 Units. The views revealed are towards the sea and the swimming pool.

Sundance Residences & Boutique Hotel is a fully equipped residence concept that provides high quality services on the seaside. The services that the apartment owners can use include but are not limited to concierge service, cleaning service, technical service and catering service.

Construction of Sundance Residences complex
The construction of the Sundance Residences complex has started in December 2010 and was completed in February 2013. The complex has permission for usage and is successfully operating.

Reservation
Any apartment at the Sundance Residences complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 5000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.

No agency commission is charged.

Payment Plan
• 5000 Euro non-refundable deposit
• 30% first installment payable on signing of the preliminary contract
• 70% second installment payable upon getting the title deed. This second installment could be divided in several smaller installments upon agreement with the investor.
