I was looking to buy a studio in Bansko from January 2025 until May 2025 and had contacts with many brokers from many real estate agencies. The experiences were different, but the service and commitment of Gergana Sotirova were incomparably the best. Gergana was engaged and tried so hard that over time I gained great trust that made me feel at ease and rely on her for everything related to the purchase of the property. When I had a problem with my bank regarding the payment of the funds, Gergana found a way to overcome it. And we overcame it. Gergana was committed to helping me even with things that she was not obligated to do. Now, I have become the owner of a beautiful studio and I am more than satisfied. My child and I love Bansko and enjoy its beauties.
