This pleasant hotel is located in Carinthia Region in Austria, not far from Italy and Slovenia as well. It is part of a very safe family area, set only 20 min drive from the local ski area. The area around the Hotel has much to offer in both summer and winter seasons and the central position is ideal for visits to other areas.

This country guest house is located directly on the Moelltal, amidst beautiful nature, surrounded by the mountains of the region of Carinthia. It is situated very close to the famous village of Heiligenblut as well.

The guest house is built on three floors with total living area of 325 sq.m, where are to be found seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. The property comprises of:

Ground floor: a restaurant with about 60 seats, a kitchen (which was renovated in 2007) and toilet facilities.
Second floor: 5 double rooms with shower and toilet. The guest rooms have satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with a balcony.
Top floor: the owners’ apartment with bedroom, living room, shower and toilet, plus 2 more rooms.

The guest house features a garden of 825 sq.m, with a barbecue area, a bar and a beautiful terrace which the guests can use.

Facilities
The property has a basement (renewed in 2007) where the oil -fired central heating system is positioned. The windows were partly renewed, while the garage and terrace were renovated in 2010. In that year was also installed a solar system.

Location
The guest house is situated in Untersagritz Kirchheim. This idyllic village is located in one of the alpine valleys of Upper Carinthia.

The center of Großkirchheim has a modern sports center and good infrastructure. There is a free ski bus stops right outside the guest house and the Heiligenblut ski area is about 12 minutes’ drive away.

The special feature of Großkirchheim is its location, being surrounded by the Hohe Tauern National Park, the largest nature reserve in Central Europe.
