My parents have also used their services to buy a property and they are very happy too !Also, the properties advertised on their website are genuine - not like some agents who advertise properties that are no longer available. Fiona and I have bought a wonderful house near Vidin. Bulgaria was more than we could ever have wished for and the people are fantastic. We would like to thank our friends, Nick, Dessi and Valentino and Stephan and Lilli for all their help with everything. The legal system their really puts our conveyancing to shame in this country! I cannot recommend Bulgarian Properties enough and would have no hesitation in using them again. Please feel free to email us if you have any queries about moving. I wish to express how pleased I am with the service that I received from your staff in the Bourgas office. They were EXTREMELY busy but found the time to take us to see the plot, took time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions. Since returning to England they have kept us informed every step of the way.

We have been living successfully in Bulgaria for the last 5 months and we can`t thank BG properties for all their help and support.We have recently completed the renovation of 3 apartments on our land, all done with local labour. We have the intention of renting them out to persons who are interested in fishing, birdwatching, hiking etc .
