My wife and I have just returned from a 5 day viewing trip. We can honestly say that Bulg Prop did everything that could have been expected of them. We were met when we were supposed to be, taken to view the properties we requested, and also some we had not. This turned out to be very good news as we saw the property that made the whole trip worthwhile. In finalising the paperwork, we were again impressed by the professionalism of the staff, even though about 7 people appear to work in an office designed for 2(max). We will now wait to see if the after sales service matches our pre sales experience!! We will keep you posted.

I highly recommend Bulgarian properties.com and thank handsome Anton (says my wife) and Tsvetalina for all their assistance and patience answering my numerous e-mails. We looked at a plot in Byala with wonderful sea views on the 9th September 2004 and had a copy of our deeds e-mailed to us on the 8th November 2004 which was very quick indeed .We are in the process of buying a house in Razdel near Elhovo with a view of renovating and spending some time in the summer months. I would love to hear from anyone who has bought near us in Byala or Elhovo.

We feel that your best asset is your staff: Teddy has been very helpful organising our trip via e-mail and informed us about various issues before we travelled so that we did not waste time. Big thank you to Krasi and Jana who were very professional, helpful and showed us properties which very closely matched our criteria - so close that we are now in the process of acquiring, hopefully, two of the properties they have shown us. Krasi and Jana shared their expert knowledge of the area, properties and life in Bulgaria in general in a friendly and attentive manner.
We have highest praise for your staff and company - this has been a much less stressful venture than we thought. We will be happy to recommend your services to our friends.
