We have just paid our final payment for a house we bought in Jan I must say I have spent more time buying a pair of shoes we dealt with the staff at both Ruse and Varna can't remember all the names but they were all brilliant.I never thought I would go out for a meal with an estate agent.If anyone has bought a place near Shtraklevo about 18k from Ruse on the e70 we would love to hear from you we will be over there again in May for a couple of weeks and again in August/Sept when we will be furnishing our new home.Thanks again to our FRIENDS at BG Properties.

I am in the process of buying a house in Kramolin near Sevlievo. Krasi and Yana have been absolutely excellent with their help. Nothing has been a problem for them. Everyone in the Veliko Tarnovo office are so helpfull and friendly. I also met some great people out there - Val and Terry and Harry and Sophie. (Lock up your chickens). I have every confidence in Bulgarian properties and have recommended them to lots of people I have spoken to, and there are three more viewings lined up because of the excellent service I have received from them. They are excellent embassadors for the Bulgarian people! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!( I still expect my wedding invitation on the doorstep of 6 Peace Street Krasi and Yana!).

We have nothing but praise for the efficient and helpful way in which the Varna office of Bulgarian Properties, in particular Rali, have helped us in the process of buying our property near Varna, which should be ours within the next week or so.
We would just like to add for others, like Paul and Jan Newman, that you do not need to queue outside the Bulgarian Embassy in London to get your papers notarized. If you ring the Embassy you can arrange an appointment to have this done. We arranged to have ours notarized at 2.30 in the afternoon and spent a very pleasant time waiting for this to be done in the comfort and warmth of the Embassy reception area.

We would like to say a big thank you to Rali for answering all of our e.mails and helping us buy our property over the internet.The house is in a small village called Kremena which is close to Balchik. We have had a few hair raising moments especially when visiting the Bulgarian Embassy in London to get the papers notarized and we had to stand outside in the freezing cold for 3 hours, but is has all been worth it and we are looking forward to going out in May to start the renovations. Once again thank you Rali and all the Bulgarian Properties team in Varna and I hope we get to meet you in May.
