We would like to thank all the staff at the Elhovo office for their efforts and the way that they made our search and subsequent purchase of our Bulgarian house an absolute pleasure.Extra special thanks to Elvira and Hristo,Jacquie and Graham whose efforts far exceed the call of duty and are to us true friends. I would like to give a special thanks to the staff at the Elhovo office. I arrived in Bulgaria for the first time and was immediately offered transport. I walked into the offices and met Jacquie and from then on my search for a property was made so easy. The help given to me by all the staff especially Elvira with her translating and the hospitality shown by everyone was exceptional. I am looking forward to the finalisation of my house and visiting again before very long.

Dear (Here goes..) Elvira, Daycey, Nasko, Maria, Svetla, Christeen, and OF COURSE THE FABULOUS JACQUIE AND GRAHAM, and all the rest of the smashing staff at BG Properties, Elhovo (would have written it in Bulgarian but don't have the correct keys!!)

Apart from starting the week griping because "it wouldn't happen like this at home" then within hours realising that actually the Bulgarian way is a much nicer way of doing business (Popcorn, coffee, and tea in the lovely offices)we were more than happy with the way that all was explained and dealt with during our recent stay in Elhovo. Finally arriving on the main street into the town at 10pm, having had a devil of a journey from Sofia (Need to learn the BULGARIAN alphabet!)we called Polina who said she would send someone to meet us - 10 minutes later we were approached by 2 cars, one from the back and one from the front! Thought we were in a remake of Starskey and Hutch! Elvira was in the car behind, then from the one in front we heard a North East / Yorkshire accent shouting, "don't worry, I'm English". It was the formidable, totally crackers and funny as hell Jacquie! You have to meet this mad woman and her fantastic hubby Graham. From the start she abolished all our fears and anxieties, talked us through every detail, and answered all our questions (even the daft ones)in her own unique way. Jacquie and Graham made us feel like friends and I hope that this continues as we plan our move to Bulgaria! Jacquie, we give you 10 out of 10, you were a godsend to us and long may you reign!
