This was from where I was met at the airport in Sofia to my arrival in Bourgas. Teodora was an absolute professional to deal with and took the anxiety out of the purchase. She was polite and a true professional. Everything I asked her was answered to my satisfaction. Special thanks to Adrian and Tony. They were so friendly, no pressure, relaxed and very cooperative.
