Initial selling price: 281 465 BGN;

For participation in the public sale, a deposit of 10% of the above mentioned starting price shall be paid to the bailiff's account within the term specified below.

Date and time of property viewing and bidding: from 10.09.2018 to 17:00 on 10.10.2018. In the bidding offer you can state the initial price of the property sale or a higher price offered for the property.

Announcement of the offers and participation in the auction shall take place on the day following the closing date for submission of the above mentioned offers.

* When participating in a public sale, it should be borne in mind that the price of the property may increase. Upon announcing the highest bidding offer, oral bidding can be initiated. The starting bidding price is the highest bid price offered in written, being proposed by a bid. The bidding step is a single deposit. The enforcement agent invites the participants three times, and in the absence of new proposals, announces the highest offer and the buyer of the property. In the event that a bidder is not declared buyer of the property, he/she may receive the deposit back upon a written request to the enforcement agent and after the expiration of 7 days after the sale is completed.

* The buyer of the property should submit the price offered by him to the special account of the bailiff (the same account used for paying the deposit) and deducts the deposit he has already paid. Payment of the difference is expected within 7 days of the completion of the sale. This period may begin to run during weekend and holiday days.

If the last day of the period is a weekend or a holiday, the period shall be continued until the first working day following the holiday. If the price difference is not paid in time, the deposited amount is lost and serves to repay the debt, and the next highest bidder is announced buyer, if any. If the next bidder does not submit the proposed price within a week after being announced a buyer, the bailiff declares buyer the bidder who is next in line the bidding proposal, and does so until the list with all bidders who offered a price equal to the initial or higher, is over .
