The construction of the greenest residential complex in Sofia has started
On the day of Saint Dimitar, considered the professional holiday of all builders, the greenest residential complex both in Sofia and in the country got its first sod.
Moreni Club Residence is a residential complex where only 13,580 square meters of the total 90,910 square meters of the plot will be built.
The remaining 77,330 square meters are reserved for green areas, lakes, playgrounds and walkways.
Moreni is the product of a new "theory of living": coexistence with nature, healthy lifestyle, active sports and recreation, sustainable architecture, modern and bright homes, security and tranquility for children and families.

The complex will be free of car traffic and polluting factors, as the place for cars is moved to the periphery. Instead, the complex will offer greenery, water, sun and an excellent view of Vitosha Mountain.
The buildings in Moreni Club Residence are freely located, facing east-west, hence not disturbing the movement of air and its purity, thus enjoying more sunshine.
