09.04.2013 BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Price Indices (BPI) March 2013

Polina Stoykova MRICS, Chief Operations Manager and Head of Research

Our latest index data shows that the property market in Sunny Beach continues to experience the most optimistic trends among all other major locations in Bulgaria. The main buyers are Russian and they clearly prefer the Black Sea coast, especially the region of Sunny Beach. This trend was evident in 2012 and we see that it continues in 2013, even during the winter months and in the context of a slightly weaker market in other parts of the country. These early market results make us more confident in expecting a successful year for the sales in Bulgarias beach resorts.
