BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Gave Its 2011 Annual In-house Awards

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES gave its traditional annual in-house awards for achievements during the year. The ceremony took place during the company’s Christmas dinner on December 20th in Sofia. Here are part of the awarded offices in the different categories:

• The 2011 Highest Number of Property Sales prize was awarded to the Bourgas Office. It was presented to its Regional managers Tsvetan Petrakiev and Dinko Slavov. After some tough years and considerable decrease in the number of deals in the region, in 2011 Bourgas Office managed to reclaim their leader position.

• The 2011 Highest Number of Rentals award was given to the Rental Office in Sofia which once again managed to overcome the tough competition of the Varna Office.

• The 2011 Most Expensive Apartment Sale award was given to Nevena Todorova from the Residential and Commercial Office Sofia for a sale of a luxury apartment in capital Sofia.

• The 2011 Most Expensive House Sale award was also won by the Residential and Commercial Office Sofia for Konstantin Kalachev's sale of a house in Sofia.

• The 2011 Highest Sales Increase award also went to our Bourgas Office.

• The 2nd place of The 2011 Highest Sales Increase award was given to the Veliko Tarnovo Office. This year the managed to stand out as leaders in property sales in the country.
