BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Gave its Annual Awards for 2016
At a stylish party in Club Caché Bar, the team of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES celebrated the end of a very successful year with excellent results achieved, and the advent of the Christmas and New Year holidays.
The board of directors of the company awarded the traditional annual certificates for excellence in sales.
Here are the winners in the various categories for 2016:
• The award in the category "Largest Number of Sales" for 2016 goes to Office Bansko. The award was presented to Andrew Peach.
• "Most Rental Deals" for 2016 was awarded to Silvia Gocheva, a senior broker at Varna office.
• The award for the "Most Expensive Sale" went to Julia Todorova from our Head office in Sofia for the sale of an apartment of new construction set in the capital.
• The award "Biggest Revenue From a Transaction" for 2016 was awarded to Svetozar Dimitrov, Office Varna.
• The special prize "Estate Agent of the Year" for 2016 was absolutely deserved by Andrew Peach from our office in Bansko.
