The village of Pchela is situated in Southeastern Bulgaria and is part of Elhovo District in Yambol Municipality. It is located 10 km away from the town of Elhovo and 45 km from the town of Yambol, and is placed near the villages of Malak Manastir, Izgrev and Sinapovo. Through the village runs a river, which flows into the Tundja River, as well as two reservoirs. Here can be found three Thracian mounds, a church and a chapel. The traditional fair of the village is held in the chapel on November 1 each year. In addition, the village celebrates the Day of the Bulgarian literature and culture on May 24th. In the village of Pchela there are six grocery stores and a cafe.
