Maintenance of the Common Parts
The annual fee for the maintenance of the common parts of Labyrinth Business Centre is 8 Euro/sq.m with VAT on the area of each office. The fee includes:

∙ Payment of the electricity bills of the staircase
∙ Security
∙ Reception services
∙ Repairs offered from the normal exploitation of the building
Reservation & Agency Commission
Any office at sale in Business Centre Labyrinth could be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of 3 % of the purchase price paid with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit card or bank transfer to the account of BULGARIANPROPERTIES. The reservation deposit will hold the property for 28 days when the preliminary contract should be signed with the investor company and the first installment should be paid. There is an option for direct transferring of the ownership rights in case of 100 % payment.
