The regulated plot of land with warehouses and office building is located in the Eastern Industrial Area of Ruse, near the "Danube Bridge" and the international road E-85 (Ruse-Svilengrad). The property is characterized by very good engineering infrastructure, accessible railway and road transport and excellent communication.

Warehouse and facilities:
• An indoor warehouse building, built on an area of 3976 sq.m. with a height of 12 m, with a hoist crane with capacity of 5 tons and with the ability to use the ramp from all of the sides of the this warehouse;
• An indoor warehouse building, built on an area of 2527.70 sq.m. with a height of 6 m. and the ability to use the ramp from the front and from the side of the property;
• An office building with an area of 383 sq.m.
• An adjacent farm, built on an area of 912 sq.m. of the regulated property;
• A collapsible metal warehouse, built on an area of 300 sq.m. of the regulated property;
• A collapsible metal warehouse, built on an area of 810 sq.m. of the regulated property;
• A shelter, built on an area of 252 sq.m. of the regulated property;
• A container terminal for 100 containers. The terminal has two railway tracks with a capacity of eight cars each. The wide and comfortable ramps help for the direct treatment of the wagons, containers and trucks;
• A portal gantry crane with capacity of 32 tons and a 10 tons weighing machine serving both railway tracks.

There is a fire alarm and extinguishing systems and a video surveillance system in the warehouses. The property has its own substation with a power of 2 x 1,000 kW.

The warehouses are licensed for temporary and custom storage under the Customs laws of the country.
