This modern and stylish holiday home boast a private pool, surrounded by a stone paved terrace, which generously offers great sunny days around the cooling pool waters. Sunbathers can make the most of these fabulous sea views from the top floor balcony with garden furniture.
Inside the villa will charm you with the simplicity of very modern style with bright fresh interior and comfortable furnishings. The airy living room on the first floor is stretching over 65 sq. m. and pleasantly combines in a L-shape - kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The kitchen itself is well fitted with refrigerator, drinks fridge, dishwasher, oven, 4 el. hobs, extractor, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, el. kettle and kitchen utensils. Around the dining table there is enough space for 8 people and that might be the perfect place for a hearty family dinner at home, if you prefer not to go out. In the lounge area you will find the ever-dreamed comfort with three quality sofas and plasma TV with Satellite television. Two of the sofas are easily transformed into folding beds and raise the sleeps of the house up to 10 people. An outside staircase leads down from the living room on the first floor directly to the pool area. Just right to the pool is the BBQ area situated, where you will spend your calm evenings with home made food and red Bulgarian wine.
The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor - two of them twin and one double en suite bedroom with a direct access to the pool - are fully fitted with wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables with reading lamps, air-conditioner to provide maximum comfort during the hot summer evenings. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with access from the corridor, which can be used by the guests, who occupy the twin bedrooms.
On the top floor is situated the en suite master bedroom with 3 glassy walls, which reveal a breathtaking panorama view over the sea and the villa area. It is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, dressing table, bedside tables with reading lamps, wardrobe, plasma TV set. From the master bedroom there is a direct access to the balcony with the stunning unobstructive sea views toward Albena resort.
Notes: Villa "Avangard" is fully air-conditioned. DVD-s available in the living room. Barbeque area. Iron and ironing board available. The refrigerator is more like a minibar type. Sun lounges and garden chairs. Internet access and Satellite TV. There are 1 bathroom, 2 shower-rooms, 1 WC available in the house.
