The house was built in 1877 as a house of Tryavna type. In 1979-1982 a complete restoration of the property and the terrain around it was carried out. The building has been mainly restored, the structure has been strengthened, reinforced concrete slabs have been installed between the floors and the roof, while preserving its authentic appearance.
It needs finishing repairs. The house is two-storey, on stone foundations and brick walls with a total built-up area of 240 square meters. The master builders have invested not only skills but also their heart in making the typical wood carvings and assemblies of the era. Characteristic of this type of house is the authentic stone roof, in which some slabs exceed 2 sq. m.
