Reservation & Agency Commission

You could reserve a house in this complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

Bulgarian Properties charges 3% agency commission payable when the first installment is due.

The houses come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Payment plan

• 2 000 Euro non-refundable deposit upon reserving the house
• 10% of the price upon signing the preliminary contract (the 2 000 Euro reservation is deducted from that installment and 3% agency commission is paid at that stage)
• 30% of the price upon building the first floor
• 30% of the price upon building the second floor
• 20% of the price upon finishing the shell stage
• 10% of the price upon full completion and receiving the Notary Deed

Prices, Sizes, Availability

All prices include VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 5% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.
