Reservation Procedure & Agency Commission

You could reserve a property at “New Varna” immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the property price, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES charge 3% agency commission on top of the price.

PAYMENT PLANS

1. Payment plan A
• 30% of the price upon signing the preliminary contract (the reservation deposit will be deducted from this installment and the agency commission of 3% is due)
• 40% in 15 days from the date of the notification to the Purchaser regarding the completion of the issuance of protocol Act No.14
• 20% in 15 days from the date of the notification to the Purchaser regarding the completion of the issuance of protocol Act No.15
• 10% in 15 days from the date of the notification to the Purchaser regarding the issuance of the Occupancy Permit

2. Payment plan B
• 80% of the price upon signing the preliminary contract – 5% discount from the total price
• 20% in 15 days from the date of the notification to the Purchaser regarding the issuance of the Occupancy Permit

3. Payment plan C – with mortgage
• 20% of the price upon signing the preliminary contract
• 70% % in 15 days from the date of the notification to the Purchaser regarding the completion of the issuance of protocol Act No.14
• 10% in 15 days from the date of the notification to the Purchaser regarding the issuance of the Occupancy Permit
