Property prices rise in Blagoevgrad

Property prices in Bulgaria's town of Blagoevgrad rose by 15 per cent in the past two months, Darik Radio reported.
Blagoevgrad is in south-western Bulgaria at the foot of the Rila and Pirin mountains. The town is 54 km west of Bansko resort.
Builders said that the rise in the prices was due to the rise in the cost of construction materials, Darik said.
Property in Blagoevgrad had become the most expensive in the region, even more expensive that that in Bansko, Darik said.
