Neilson launch new ski brochure
Neilson launches its new second edition ski brochure for 2006/7 this month featuring eight new resorts and a raft of new product refinements. Already the holder of more awards than any other ski company, Neilson has made a number of additions to the programme, ranging from more ski-in ski-out properties, to the introduction of a family rep service, further enhancing the Neilson ski product for families, groups and couples. There is also a strong continued emphasis on quality, both of accommodation and service, with new, carefully selected family hotels, featured alongside an increased number of spa hotels and luxury chalets.
Neilson has fine-tuned its family product and significantly increased its service this season. This has been achieved not only through the introduction of significant initiatives, like the introduction of a dedicated family rep service, but also through the introduction of new ‘signposting’ and family friendly logos that make navigation through the brochure and on the website easier for both customers and travel agents.
Neilson continues to offer Snowman (2-5 years) and Snowbusters clubs (5-11 years ) in selected resorts and now for the first time a Neilson ‘Family Rep Service’ will also be available in Neilson’s specially selected top 10 family resorts in France, Bulgaria, Norway, Austria and Sweden. The family rep will be responsible for ensuring the needs of all members of the family are met right from the start of their holiday, including the organisation of après-ski activities for the family.
The number of family friendly hotels has also been doubled to 80, giving families a wider choice of accommodation and in selected hotels. Children and families can benefit from savings of up to 45 per cent on the adult price. Also, unlike many competitors, discounts for children and special prices are available all season, and children count towards occupancy in Neilson apartments in Europe.
