Bulgaria's Biggest Mussels Plantation near Kavarna is No Fishy Tale

Tasty mussels, plucked and processed in Bulgaria's biggest molluscs
plantation, will soon head for the gourmands' tables,
A total of EUR 7 M will be invested in the underwater farm and processing
factory, to spread over 157 hectares near Kavarna, on the northern Black Sea
coast, the state-run radio announced.
The owners expect to cash in on a rich harvest in the bay of Zelenka,
estimated at some 2000-3000 tons per season.
