Properties and prices
You could reserve an apartment in this new building immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.
Bulgarian Properties charges 3% agency commission payable when the first installment is due.

10% of the price upon full completion and receiving of Notary Assignment 16
Individual payment plans are subject to discussion and mutual agreement. Discounts are available upon paying the whole amount in cash.
The listed prices DO NOT include VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 4% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.
