You could reserve the apartment at Cabacum Beach Residence & Spa immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the seller. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next instalment according to the payment plan. No company is needed to be set up in order to obtain a property at Cabacum Beach Residence & Spa complex.

Payment plan
• 2 000 Euro non-refundable deposit upon reserving the apartment (the amount will be deducted from the last instalment)
• 10% of the price upon signing the preliminary contact
• 80% of the price 2 months after the preliminary contract
• 10% of the price upon Act 15

Price & Size
The price icludes VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 5% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.
