General Conditions
It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
No company is needed to own a MERCURESOFIA apartment.
All owners who rent out their apartments must pay an annual 10% rental income tax. We will collect and pay this for you.
Owners who have a rental contract with Property Management BG can use their apartment whenever they wish, provided that they have notified the booking office in advance. Normal cleaning costs only will be charged
Reservation & Agency Commission
Any apartment at the MERCURESOFIA Complex can be reserved by a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the purchasing price, payable with credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit card or bank transfer into the developers bank account.
The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment in 28 days term after reservation. We will let you know approximately 14 days in advance when each payment is due.
Bulgarian Properties charges a 3% agency commission calculated on the purchase price of the apartment. The commission is payable to the bank account of the agency, along with the payment of the second instalment.

15 % fourth installment when the outer plastering of the complex is being done

Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
