"Bulgarian Completion Standard". This term describes the usual finish that most of the newly built residential properties in Bulgaria have when completed. The extras will include:

GENERAL CONDITIONS
It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
No company is needed to own an apartment in Stamboliiski Bridge.
All owners who rent out their apartments must pay an annual 10% rental income tax. We will collect and pay this for you.
Owners who have a rental contract with Property Management BG can use their apartment whenever they wish, provided that they have notified the booking office in advance. You will be charged only the cleaning costs for staying.
RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
Any apartment in Stamboliiski Bridge (phase 2) can be reserved by a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the purchasing price, payable into the developers bank account. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment of 25% in 28 days after reservation. We will let you know approximately 14 days in advance when each payment is due.
BulgarianProperties charge 3% agency commission payable when the first installment is due.
