BULGARIAN PROPERTIES' Market Analyses and Research Department provides a regular review of the official data about the property market provided by the National Statistics Institute (NSI). Apart from our own research and data, we feel it is important to give you information from other reputable sources such as the NSI. To help you with the easy navigation through the data, we have transformed the prices into Euros and provide an interpretation of the figures with calculations of annual and quarterly changes in nominal and real terms (after deduction of inflation).
