The franchisor provides all the necessary information to its partners, assists their presentation in the media on national and international level, supports the company websites and various other national and international advertisement and PR tools. There is no obligatory entry fee for becoming our franchise partner. The financial relations with the franchisees are settled on the basis of a percent of the commissions from concluded deals which are settled individually. The marketing activities of the franchisee, as well as the trainings of their employees are supported by the franchisor, as the expenses related to these activities are undertaken by the partners as per schemes approved by them in advance.

The procedure for approval of a partner for franchisee includes a few main steps:

• presentation of the candidate’s activity (offices, staff, realized sales, clients’ profile, etc.) and their experience in property sales – how long they have been on the market, what nationalities their clients are and in what property type they are focused on – residential, offices, commercial, land, etc. Another important element is the region in which the partner wants to work – this region is to be coordinated with the existing offices of the franchisor;
• brand development strategy of the franchisor on the market they are applying for – steps regarding the office policy, hiring of personnel, local advertising campaign, budget for the next 2 years, method of financing as all these components are systemized in a business plan;
• discussion of the possibilities for combining the applicant’s existent brand with that of the franchisor;
• discussion of a draft franchise contract and its signing.

After the beginning of the franchise relations BULGARIAN PROPERTIES is bound to provide the following services:

• methodical assistance, trainings, application of the franchisor’s policy, rules and procedures in the franchisee’s offices;
• constant supervision of the franchisee’s activities and accountability. In case any irregularities are found they are followed by recommendations for their removal or discontinuation of the contract.

For most franchisees there is an additional requirement for joint work for at least 6 months before starting discussing a franchise partnership.
