We bought out property through the Stara Zagora office who have been brilliant! From the moment we purchased the property to the moment we had the keys their service was second to none. They are not like the rest of the property companies they don't just take your money and run. They sorted everything out for us from the electric and water bill to helping us out when we fell ill! I would like to thank everybody who worked so hard for me over the last few months,I have just recieved the title deeds to my property in Gorno Ceravene in Montana. My wife and I bought our Bulgarian dream home through Bulgarian Properties two and a half years ago now. They were a young enthusiastic company, very professional and as we were to learn, trust worthy, this being an essential element of buying property in Bulgaria. During the time that we have known Bulgarian Properties (Elhovo & Sofia offices) we have watched them flourish, going from strength to strength, they deserve their success. We have never been back to the UK and have no wish to do so, Beautiful Bulgaria is now our home, peace, tranquility, total relaxation and very little traffic, mind the roads do leave a lot to be desired! Dwane and I have just returned from our first trip to the Stara Zagora region of Bulgaria where we are buying a house in a little village called Tihomirovo. The people in the Stara Zagora office were absolutely fabulous in the amount of work they undertook on our our behalf from the initial email, to booking Hotel Tangra which was excellent, to even picking us up and leaving us back to the airport along with all the business work that had to be done for us.
