We had a very bad experience with an agent in Varna and had to find a new one to act for us in the sale of an apartment. Being so distant from the country and with the language and legal difficulties we feel it is imperative to have a reliable and responsive agent.
Thankfully we found Bulgarian Properties and in particular Gergana Taseva and Stanimira Petkova at the Varna office. They and their colleagues completed the sale of our apartment in a friendly and professional manner. Their response to queries was quick, their English good and we really felt that they had our best interests in mind. What had been a stressful experience in the past was turned into a normal and friendly business transaction.If we invest in Bulgaria again we will go straight to Bulgarian Properties.

Just like to say what a fantastic professional and helpful team you have in Elhovo.
Everyone is so helpful and Desi is a credit to the company, she always responses to all the constant questions I ask immediately and Kolinka helped us with banking etc. I was quite nervous buying a property abroad, but all the staff in Elhovo have been great in their support and Desi always puts us at ease. I am looking forward to going over and taking the staff we now regard as friends out for the night.I would recommend anyone buying in the area to pop in and chat to the staff in this office. look forward to picking up my keys soon

Hope this one reaches you guys in the Stara Zagora office. Just a great big "thanks" to you all for being so helpful, without any promise of a sale, in fact you knew you were in competition with other offices, you pulled out all the stops and really went overboard to make this part of our trip a big success. You are all a credit to your country and to your company. It was a great night last night ( I was awake by 7.15 this morning, without any ill affects) and it was good to be able to repay in a small way all your efforts. As you know we have selected 2 properties and are really quite excited about the 1st one we saw yesterday (the doctors house) and the possibilities it offers, I have already started, mentally, to construct the marketing package!! We will have to wait and see what happens on the rest of our trip. As promised, we will let you know the outcome as soon as we have decided - whatever that is.
