I signed the contract for the purchase of a studio apartment in Balchik last month (October 2010) and would like to thank Evgeni from your Varna office for his help and guidance during my stay in Balchik and throughout the completion of this purchase. This was an off-plan purchase that I originally paid a deposit for nearly three years ago during a visit to Sofia and I would like to thank the staff who regularly updated me and answered my emails throughout the building of the property. Evgeni has offered to register the property and to help me with the purchase of furniture so that it is ready for my return visit early in 2011 when I will collect the keys and contract from him and hopefully enjoy my first holiday of many to come.
