I have just got back from Varna where all the staff were extremely helpful. I have been purchasing a property near Sunny Beach and I have to thank everyone in the Sofia, Varna and Sunny Beach offices for their help. Adrian and Petya were particularly helpful when I got to Sunny Beach. The apartment is nearly ready and I have to say that the finish far exceeded my expectations, it really is a great property! Thank you all once again.

Just to say a big thank you to all at Bulgarian Properties in Plovdiv. We have been very please with them from start to finish in the buying process. They have been more than helpful and have been very professional with the handling of all things. We would recommend them to anyone that wishes to buy in that area. My partner and I have bought a wonderful house in Manolovo through the Kazanlak office. We would like, through your pages, to say what a great team Stela and Hristo are. The last trip we made they were available to help in so many ways it would be difficult to list them. They are first class and, together with Miro and Vesi, who have tirelessly worked to improve our property - we have been on the receiving end of five star treatment. For anyone hesitant about after sale care - it is simply THE BEST.
As soon as our Visas are through we will be back on the first available flight!

We have just finalised the purchase of our property in the village of Osetenovo and collect the keys to The Rose House later this month! The whole buying process was so easy! Huge thanks must go to Stela and Bobby at the Kazanlak office for all their patient help and support - Stela you are truly the best!

David and I have bought properties in Targovishte and Jitnitsa (45 km from Varna - near Provadiya)We would love to hear from any other people who have bought either in these two areas - or anywhere else in Bulgaria.
Many thanks to the staff of Bulgarian Properties - they are all brilliant - and love to Teddy at Targovishte who has become a friend, and we can't wait to see her again, she has been so very helpful in our purchase.
