I would like to make a very big thank you to (in no particular order), Adrian & Toni (Sunny Beach office), Reneta (Sliven office) and Katerina (Bansko office) for the kindness, helpfulness, advice etc etc that they showed me on my recent visit to Bulgaria. Probably, like a lot of people, I have read numerous positive reports about Bulgaria (but where to buy!) so decided to visit as much of the Country as time permitted. Without the help of these people (especially Adrian who coordinated the itinerary) this simply would not have been possible. I came away very impressed with the staff I dealt with at Bulgarian Properties and Bulgaria in general........so now it's up to my Bank Manager!! Thanks once again.

A REALLY BIG THANK YOU TO ALL AT BULGARIAN PROPERTIES.COM ESPECIALLY ADRIAN AND TONI AT SUNNY BEACH.HAVE BOUGHT OFF PLAN SIANELLA APPARTMENT,FIRST VIEWING TRIP WITH ADRIAN EXCELLENT PUT MY PARTNER AND I AT EASE STRAIGHTAWAY.TONI VERY WELCOMING ALSO CALLED TO OFFICE MANY TIMES AND IT FELT AS IF WE HAD KNOWN THEM YEARS.WENT BACK RECENTLY,AND OBVIOUSLY WAS KEEN TO SEE DEVELOPMENTS.I CALLED AT THE OFFICE TO DISCUSS A VIEWING TRIP.NO PROBLEM AFTER A BIG WELCOME BACK FROM THEM BOTH,ADRIAN TOLD US HE WOULD TAKE US THER AND THEN.FANTASTIC...

I have bought 2 plots of land at different times and places from Petya in the Sofia office (an ambassador to the company) i arranged a visit to Bulgaria without my hubby and family, i was met in the resort by Nickolay from the Varna office who was extremely helpful and also Anton who met me to take me to another of the plots,there was nothing too much for any of them, and i visited the office in Varna and they were absolutely mowed out,however none of the standards i had come to expect had slipped. i have had nothing but positive contact with all of the BP staff and i have recommended friends and family to buy with them as a result. keep up the good work.

A few months ago I emailed Michail and Polina about my coming to Bulgaria with my wife in July, to look for property to buy in Bulgaria.
We have been through the hands further of a number of BulgarianProperties employees and have ended up buying an apartment in Byala (Varna) - Ref. VAK 290. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to a continued happy association with Bulgarian Properties Ltd. and its related companies (Servicing - furniture and fittings - and letting etc).
I would like though to refer to one very important aspect of our visit and subsequent business dealings and that was our positive association with your James Single at the Burgas office. Our dealings/discussions with this young man was a key element in our decision to buy and I must compliment you on your appointment of him, not only of him as a professional person, but also as the essential link/liason he provided between differing cultures and ways of conducting business.
