I bought my house from England over the internet in March 2004 and you Polina guided me through the purchase by email, showed me very clearly the procedure to set up my limited company at the Bulgarian Embassy, London, and also expertly advised me step by step till my purchase was complete. The following month, April 2004, I decided to see the house I had bought and your representative met my sister and myself at Sophia and we were driven by one of your drivers to the hotel you booked for us in Elhovo. The journey took about 2 hours and this gave us the opportunity of seeing how beautiful Bulgaria is. At Elhovo, Elvira, who you contacted, met us with Dido and while we were there they took us to visit my beautiful house in nearby Granitovo. Elvira then introduced us to Ivan Chilikov my Attorney and also to the Elhovo team. Ivan finalised the paperwork for the purchase and it all went very smoothly and I was impressed how quickly this was done. In the evening Elvira organised a dinner party for us to meet other resident British people and also visitors to Bulgaria who were in the process of buying. I am still in touch with some of these friends. The next day Elvira arranged for Christeen to drive us to Burgas at the Black Sea coast and we spent a wonderful day taking in the beach, wonderful shops etc. and we enjoyed a lovely lunch together in one of the fabulous restaurants. Elvira was constantly in touch with us during my three day visit and even drove us to the coach station at the end of our visit to make sure we were safely on our way back to Sophia.

I again visited Granitovo and Elhovo in June this year and had the same superb treatment from Elvira and her team. We were made to feel very special, nothing was too much trouble. At my request Elvira orgainsed my house insurance and to my surprise and delight the lady who arranged the insurance was none other than your mother, Polina! She was lovely and it was all so informal. I read the customer comments section on your website bulgarianproperties.com from time to time and decided it was high time I added mine to the long list of happy customers who have done business with yourselves.

Finally, thank you Polina, Elvira and all the team for everything and I look forward to my visit next year. To anyone wishing to purchase or sell property in Bulgaria do it through Bulgarian Properties, your in safe hands!

Having just received the deeds for our new home in Bulgaria, we can now tell everyone of our experience with Bulgarian Properties.
We first went to Bulgaria in May, armed with a list of properties taken from your website, which we viewed and selected one of them, Paid the deposit + fees and came home.
In August we were asked to send the full amount which we did, only to be informed later that the sellers had changed their minds.
We chose another house, and on arrival in Sunny Beach in September we were told they had also changed their minds, so we were back to square one.
After another two days viewing, we were shown the house we now own, and it is more than we ever could have dreamed of.
Because we had been let down twice, a reduction in the selling price was negotiated by the staff at Elhovo. This was just the icing on the cake. All through our difficulties we never lost faith in Bulgarian Properties, we trusted them all the way and they never let us down. Their hard work and devotion paid off " big style ", and Molly and I cannot thank enough, Elvira, Desi and all at Elhovo office, and of course Polina, for their patience, perseverance and kindness. Looking forward to moving in in April, MANY MANY THANKS, Tom & Molly.
