We have just purchased a property in Taregovishte. Being in Kenya it meant a flight to Ethiopia (the nearest Bulgarian embassy) and all sorts of other documentation.
Looking on the websight ( we will visit in July) we are eagerly anticipating opur visit) we are delighted with our house.

Would like to say thanks to all the staff at the Elhovo office who were very polite and always at hand to offer any help we needed, we bought a house in Malak Manastir and would like to hear from anyone who has purchased a property around that region or indeed the Elhovo region...thanks again Terry

My husband and I bought a house 25 km outside of Plovdiv one year ago. I there is no doubt in out mind - it is the best desision we have ever made. We have just returned after 10 days in the house.
It was an easy process buying the house. The Bulgarian Properties had to explain everything to us (as you can see on my email adress we are from Denmark and do not have english as our main language). There were no problems at all.
During our stay it seems as if we were living at the Bulgarian Properties office but we did feel extremely welcome all the time. We have never been helped and guided so much before. They will do everything for you to make you feel comfortable and sure.
We have been visiting our house 3 times now. Last summer, last october and now during our Easter. From the bottom of my heart, I love Bulgaria. The bulgarian people are the most nice and smiling people we know. They will do everything to help you and if it isn't possible to understand they will give you a big smile. We haven't meet any unpolite bulgarian until now.

Hi to all our friends in the Elhovo region and to Bulgarian Properties. We have just returned from another visit, and were delighted with everything as usual. Friends of ours, Alison and Simon came with us and also bought two properties in the village of Sinapovo. They were delighted with everything and are very excited at the future in BG.
Again thanks to Elvira, Hristo, and their team in the Elhovo office, as always they always come up trumps and never let us down.

We bought our property in Bella, a little hamlet about 35 km from Vidin two years ago. Nick and Marina helped us, with Marina translating everything. They were both very helpful and then provided us with Stefan who took us shopping to buy furniture and everything else we needed. He even took us to buy a car and went with us to help us to register it. Stefan did more than his duty as an employee of Bulgarian Properties.com, he even took us to the airport in Sofia. The after sales service of Bulgarian Properties would be hard to match!!! Thank you Stefan and wife Lily.
