I am Romanian and I bought a property on Rabisha Lake near Vidin. I am very happy I worked with Vidin staff, Verginiya Petrova and Stefan Filaretov who were immensely helpful. I was used with the rudeness and the shark like attitude of Romanian agents and I was very much surprised by the kindness, politeness, intelligence and impeccable professionalism of those two great people. I would recommend them anywhere, anytime. Thanks a lot!

I would like particularly to recommend the services of Mr. Sergey Pelovski from the Sofia office. Sergey has just helped complete the purchase of a property near Sofia for me and I have to say that he was most efficient and helpful throughout. Emails were replied to quickly and fully (and there were quite a lot as Im sure Sergey would be the first to admit :) Anyway, a big thank you to you, Sergey and of course to the rest of the back-up team who help you in the Sofia office!

We know Bulgarian Properties Ltd for more than three years .I think we were lucky that find this company in the first place. Many people buying property abroad but at the end their purchase experience ends up as disappointment.
But we were blessed as associated with a good, reputable agency that is known all over Bulgaria and UK for honestly, accurately and excellent customer service. I can say doing business with this company specially with Mr. Sergey Pelovsky for his great advice and support during our purchasing process of buying four properties in Sofia, Burgas and Brovets were kind of peace of mind experience.
