Bulgarian Properties were so approachable, professional, friendly and easy to talk and work with in purchasing my property in Varna. I saw a property on their web site, put an offer in and it was accepted. Before I knew it, I was on a plane to Varna viewing the property for the first time in the flesh and everything was smoothly processed. I returned back to England as an owner of a house in Varna.

I should like to compliment Gergana Taseva on her professionalism - her communication skills are first rate, she was extremely patient and diligent and a real asset to the Company. I would most definitely recommend using Gergana for any legal or conveyancing work.

I'd just like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Bulgarian Properties. They have been completely professional from start to finish and made the whole process so easy. I would recommend anyone to use bulgaria properties.

first time dealt with BP in 2003 (Sunny Beach office) perfect communication, friendly people - personal approach - full commitment towards the client... now are getting second property near Varna with the assistance of BP's Varna office!!! What a people!!! From first e-mails, from first phone call - total confidence in business ! Of course sales people - yet those are totally professional - honest and trustworthy people! When it come to visit (pre-sale) of the property - they are there for all your needs from transport and hotel to legal,notary and local touring and entertainment!
