We are now happy owners of a cottage in the Plovdiv district. She accompanied us professionally through the whole buying procedure. We will recommend to others this honest and professional company.

I signed the contract for the purchase of a studio apartment in Balchik last month (October 2010) and would like to thank Evgeni from your Varna office for his help and guidance during my stay in Balchik and throughout the completion of this purchase. This was an off-plan purchase that I originally paid a deposit for nearly three years ago during a visit to Sofia and I would like to thank the staff who regularly updated me and answered my emails throughout the building of the property. Evgeni has offered to register the property and to help me with the purchase of furniture so that it is ready for my return visit early in 2011 when I will collect the keys and contract from him and hopefully enjoy my first holiday of many to come. Based on my experience to date, I will certainly be looking to buy again through your company and recommend you to others.

Tsvetan has been very helpful with his prompt response and excellent communication. I can confess he is an excellent sales representative and that deliver a good outlook and a decent image for your company. This is the first time to purchase something on-line – I hope when I’m there, I will like the place in real as I did in the pictures.

I recently bought a house in Bansko to spent my winter vacation in this Magnificent Place. Although I have bought other properties oversees in Europe and America I must admit that the stuff of Bulgarian Properties is by far the most professional and accurate I have ever cooperate with. I must say that especially Victor Vucheliiski who deals for the Bansko Area was very helpful and patient with all the questions i was posing to him every single day. The process of taking my title deeds was easy and fast too. It is a respectful, trustful and recommended company.

May i say i have browsed bulgarian properties for the last 8 year and when the time was right for my family we bought a property and we helped every step of the way,the service throughout has been excellent and have recomended to others that have either been ripped off or payed over the odds.
