May i say i have browsed bulgarian properties for the last 8 year and when the time was right for my family we bought a property and we helped every step of the way,the service throughout has been excellent and have recomended to others that have either been ripped off or payed over the odds.

i would like to thank lora and peter from the plovdiv office,again.this time for my 2nd purchase from you,of a flat in central plovdiv.they rushed to complete on time,even though there were delays at my end,when i had to find a new buyer,for my house in birmingham.ryanair will be running flights from stanstead to plovdiv from november 2nd,so this must be good time to buy.

I recently bought a house in a small village outside Vidin. Sergey in the Sofia office was my contact and he has been excellent. He responded quickly to any queries and kept me informed every step of the way. The service I had was excellent they even went back to the house to take extra photos for me. I would recommend Sergey very highly.

I recently used Bulgarian Properties to purchase a two-storey villa, located in a small village in the rural outskirts of Sofia. approximately 25 minutes’ drive from the city centre.

I spent a long time looking, but after viewing the property (which I liked immediately) and obtaining a good quote from a very professional builder, I decided to go ahead and buy it. In total the whole buying process took about two and a half months, and I was helped extensively throughout the whole buying process by Sergey and Dimitar from the Sofia head office of Bulgarian Properties.

Optimistic Forecast for Bulgaria's Tourist Summer Season
