I recently used Bulgarian Properties to purchase a two-storey villa, located in a small village in the rural outskirts of Sofia. approximately 25 minutes drive from the city centre.
I spent a long time looking, but after viewing the property (which I liked immediately) and obtaining a good quote from a very professional builder, I decided to go ahead and buy it. In total the whole buying process took about two and a half months, and I was helped extensively throughout the whole buying process by Sergey and Dimitar from the Sofia head office of Bulgarian Properties.

The cooperation and assistance I had from the 'Bulgarian Properties', and especially by Mr. Sergey Pelovski, during the proceedings to acquire property in Bulgaria was unparalleled. Everything happened on time, and thanks to good advice from Mr Pelovski without any delay!
I look forward to continue working with them, to expand my business in beautiful Bulgaria.

Having bought a house in a village near Plovdiv in March 2009, I'd like to thank Lora and Peter (from your Plovdiv office) for all their help so far. They supplied me with a local builder called Ivan, who's installed a bathroom. Judging by the e-mails Lora sent me, this work was done to a very high standard.

I have been searching Bulgarian Properties' web site for more than 1 year before taking the decision to buy a rural property in Bulgaria with your prestigious company.
Finally, in the beginning of September, this year, together with my wife, took the plane and arrived in Bourgas to sign the 1st purchase of a house in the village of Detelina.
The excellent impression we have had about your company's staff in Bourgas and further on in Elhovo, the high level of service we have received from these offices, together with the beauty of Bulgaria' countryside, made us our mind and we closed the purchase of a 2nd property near Elhovo.
I want to tell you that these 2 purchases would not be possible to be done without the help of a fantastic professional, Mr. Sergey Pelovsky. He have given me an exceptional assistance, have answered to many, many questions and doubts I have had during the purchase process, ever with a lot of patience and kindness. Sergey has a big and rare quality: he knows the mind of the "foreign" buyer and understands that fast replays and honest information makes all the difference for people like me that buy in a "unknown" terrain. To be fair, I'm also very grateful to Mr. Kostadin Vassilev, Mr. Tanyo Ivanov, Ms. Desislava Karaivanova, Mr. Stilian Georgiev and Ms. Iva Kancheva. The confidence in your company was the main factor in my 2 purchases.
