We bought a house near Vidin on our first visit, the whole process was incredibly efficient (makes an absolute joke of conveyancing here in UK!!). On our second visit, we met the builders, and on our third visit, we thoroughly enjoyed staying in our new house. The work the builders are doing is fantastic and very very reasonably priced. But, a word of warning.... if you decide to house hunt in the Vidin area, you must be prepared to meet two of the nicest people you will ever meet, Nick & Marina, they are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. My wife and I cannot recommend Bulgarian Properties highly enough. If you are tempted to buy in Bulgaria, use them!! Thankyou very very much.
