Maintenance of the common parts
The annual tax for maintenance of the common parts in Business Center Casa Nova is 4 Euro/sq.m with VAT over the surface of each office. The tax will cover:
∙ Maintenance of the common parts and the elevator
∙ Payment of the electricity bills
∙ Security service
∙ Reception desk
∙ Repairs in case of standard damages, resulting form the normal usage of the building
Reservation and Agency Commission
Any of the offices in Casa Nova Business Center can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 5 % of the purchase price paid with debit or credit card (VISA, MasterCard), or with the help of a bank transfer into the account of BulgarianProperties. The reservation deposit will hold the property for maximum 28 days when the preliminary contract is to be signed with the investors and the first installment is to be paid.
Bulgarian Properties charges a 3% agency commission calculated on the purchase price of the apartment. The commission is payable to the bank account of the agency, along with the payment of the second instalment.
