Our new offer is for a two storied house, disposed 34 km away from the town of Plovdiv. This is the second largest city in Bulgaria and the cultural capital of the country. Plovdiv is an important economic, cultural and transport centre. It attracts many tourists with its rich history, past and beautiful nature. The easy connections to the mountains, the Black sea, as well as the SPA and ski resorts are big advantage for the foreigners. The village is located only two kilometres away from the connection with the "Trakya" highway, which starts from the capital- Sofia and leads to the Black sea.

The property includes two storied house with total living area 100 sq. m, a summer kitchen, a parking lot, a garage, a big barn and a garden vast 1600 sq. m.
