Reservation
An apartment in Prestige Complex can be reserved with a deposit fee of 5 % of the purchase price which is valid for a period of 28 days. On signing the preliminary agreement the reservation fee is deducted from the first installment. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case a preliminary agreement is not signed.
