Sea Village complex is situated in the national park of Golden Sands - one of the most opulent resorts in the Northern part of the Black Sea Coast, just 7 minutes walk from the centre and 3 minutes walking distance from the best beach in Golden Sands. It is a unique opportunity to enjoy the exclusive combination of forest and sea. This development consists of 35 apartments on 4 floors with wonderful sea views from every room.

The apartments are ready and available for renting. The comпlex has 24 h security. Complex includes a swimming pool and barbecue. Next to the complex, there is a supermarket, and all restaurants in Golden Sands resort are in close proximity. To the North of the complex is “Aquapolis”, an entertainment centre with swimming pools and bars (6 min walking distance).
Each residential section has a separate lobby and an elevator, while the apartments will vary from 40 to 137 sq.m of living area, most of them enjoying unobstructed sea views.

• Only 18 km north from the city of Varna and the airport there
• Declared a protected territory back in 1943, Golden Sands covers a territory of 177,13 hectares
• The beach starts at the foot of the forest - it is 3.5 km long, flat and up to 100m wide in places - and is known as one of the best sand beaches in Europe. The sandy bottom slopes gently into the sea and so there are no rocks, ledges or unpleasant drops. It is ideal for scuba diving and vacationing with children.

All apartments finished to key with fully fitted bathrooms and kitchens with electrical appliances) and air-conditioner. In all of them them along with the fully fitted kitchen furniture packages are present and will include everything necessary for the apartment to be lived in:

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment

RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
Any apartment in Sea Village can be reserved by a deposit of 50% of the renting price for the desired period, payable by bank transfer to the bank account of the landlord. The tenant is expected to sign a renting contact with the landlord.

RENTING PRICE
The TENANT shall pay to the LESSOR the rent amounting to 60 EUR per night for flats (suitable for 4 persons), 50 for studio (suitable for 2 persons)

The price is final with VAT and includes:
- electricity and water consumption,
- taxes for pool cleaning and garden maintenance
- apartment cleaning and linen changing once per week
